'The Navigator' (1924) is one of Buster Keaton's most
ambitious and inventive films. Set in a hugely impressive drifting liner, the
lack of any coherent plot line was no barrier to the most amazing and hilarious
series of watery gags and stunts, including some underwater sequences shot in
the near freezing waters of Lake Tahoe.
